Julie was a smart and athletic girl. She used to play basketball in her youth. Some of her favorite things were holidays, time with her family, and camping. She loved the outdoors and nature. We went camping with her family every summer and she would play card games with Nana and talk around the campfire. Julie loved peanut butter pizza, Nana’s Swedish pancakes, banana cream pie, and supreme ramen.
As an adult, Julie was a leader and caregiver for those with special needs. There are many pictures of her and her group. It was clear that her customers looked up to her.

I think Julie wants to honor the help she has provided to others when she herself might not have been able to accept the help.
