On Halloween night, when David was 12, I said to him, “Go teach me.” Mind you, he always said ‘I’m not afraid of anything’ but his dad is waiting in a mask and popping out screaming and he’s running down the street! The explorer’s back was planted almost face-to-face. He never looked back until he was almost a block down the road.
